    Hi please follow these instructions. Once you have completely deactivated the plugin and removed it, you can reinstall a fresh copy. Make sure you read the information found next to each feature before you enable them.

    Sometimes before removing the whole plugin it might be easier to just manually deactivate it by logging into your server with FTP client and renaming the “all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall” folder to say “temp-all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall”.

    By doing this you will be able to log in and then you can rename the folder back and re-activate the AIOWPS plugin. Then you should perform some plugin conflict tests by deactivating all other plugins except AIOWPS and testing to see if problem goes away. Then reactivate each plugin and test during each step. Same goes with the theme – revert to standard wp theme (eg, twentyfifteen) and see if problem goes away.

    hey thank you for the help.

    i renamed the plugin, logged in, and problem is sovled. I have activated plugin again and all is fine now.
