Unable to login to dashboard / admin page

  • I am currently unable to login to the dashboard / admin page for my site foodandfarmskc.org. When I enter my login credentials, I receive an error message stating that cookies are blocked as well as a series of warning scripts at the top of the page – most of which start with “Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by…” I have already cleared my cache history and enabled cookies as recommended.

    If as indicated the error messages are caused by faulty files, I need some direction as to which file(s) should be downloaded and replaced.

    rename your plugins folder on the server. then you should be able to login to your dashboard. all the error codes seem to involve jetpack so if you’re not using it, delete it.

    Am I supposed to rename the folder through the web hosting provider’s (DreamHost) server? I’m not sure how I would make changes to folders or files for my WordPress site without being able to access the dashboard as an administrator.
