Unable to Login to Mapped Domains

On my multisite install, I mapped subdomains e.g., mysite.com/blog1/.

It seemed fine. I can access the sites in my browser via their domain names, e.g., blog1.com

However, I cannot access these subdomain sites via sites under the superadmin dashboard. When I attempt to click the backend, I get a 404 error and the site is showing up in the browser as mysite.com/blog1/

If I try to access the admin panel through blog1/wpadmin, my username and password are not accepted.

I have a feeling it might have something to do with my .htaccess file as, for some reason, it was completely blank. I had to manually add code to install several plugins. Here’s what it consist of:
