Unable to login to my WP site with 2 different users.

I have 2 admin user accounts set up (Admin1 & Dude per say). One worked fine(Admin1). The other (Dude) would not log in.
The one that doesn’t work I tried to reset the password via the good account(Admin1), but still no joy.
Then I tried the lost password option for #2(Dude).
Now neither work and I get

When using the password reset!

Help! Stuck!!
