unable to login to the dashboard

    I got a multisite, primary domain is: https://www.indiavirtualinfo .com and child site is https://www.indiavirtualinfo .com/blog

    When I installed it and set it up, www was missing in the URL so I contacted hosting service provider’s customer support and they sorted it out, don’t know how!

    Since then I’m unable to login to the network dashboard. when I’m trying
    https://www.indiavirtualinfo .com/wp-login.php, it’s taking me to the dashboard of parent site.

    When I’m clicking to the network dashboard, it logs out and ask me login again, and then login failed.

    It shows me the URL: https://www.indiavirtualinfo .com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Findiavirtualinfo.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fnetwork%2F&reauth=1

    where I noticed, www is missing to the redirected URL, and I tried to change it like this manually (added www in the URL):

    https://www.indiavirtualinfo. com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.indiavirtualinfo.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fnetwork%2Findex.php&reauth=1

    which worked well and I can login now to the network dashboard, but can’t do anything, coz everytime I make any changes, it gets logged out again and asks me to login again.

    How can I change it please?

  • The first thing I’d suggest it so to get your host to undo whatever they did, that has now broken your site. Then, when it’s back to how it was, come back here and we’ll try and sort out the original ‘www’ issue.
