Unable to login to wordpress in hosting website

I just had a hosting web with Just Host.

When I click on the wordpress, I couldn’t log in using the id and password. So I went to register for the www.ads-software.com, and yet I still cannot log in.

I had download the XML but I couldn’t transfer new blog.

Pls advise. Thanks
