    This issue has been resolved now and thanks for all your input.
    The problem was these two lines in my config file – `define(‘WP_HOME’,’https://peteprzyszlak.com’);
    define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’https://peteprzyszlak.com’);`
    They were change to HTTP://getmeoutofhere.me and everything worked!
    What I found somewhat confusing is that you could type in the url and you could access the blog normally even with the wrong url.

    Hello! I have a question, but my English is not good, but I’ll try.

    I can’t login my wordpress panel anymore. I type in the user and password at the wp-login page, but it opens up an error page acusing HTTP 500, server problem or programming problem. I have already contacted my host and there′s nothing wrong (i’m on linux based server). When I try to access wp-admin page, it says file doesn’t exist, but I can see all the files intact through my ftp service. All the files are ok, I haven’t deleted any file nor changed the codes manually.

    The only thing I did, before that problem come up, was that I have uploaded a new index.php file to redirect my registered domain https://www.dicaseideias.com.br to the blog folder at https://www.dicaseideias.com.br/blog. My wordpress is installed on this ‘blog’ folder, and I have uploaded the new redirecting index.php file in the folder previous to the blog folder. Now the redirecting process is working fine, when someone types in or clicks on https://www.dicaseideias.com.br it opens up https://www.dicaseideias.com.br/blog.

    But I can′t open or login my wordpress panel anymore. I have read some suggestions throughout the forums, such as change the theme (mymag theme)name through ftp, edit files like wp-config, wp-options, etc. But since I’m not a wordpress expert I haven’t tried anything yet, I don’t want to mess everything up, so I decided post this question here before doing anything consistently.

    Does anybody know what might be happening? I’m so distressed and disappointed with all this. I haven’t even finished publishing it because I was still adding content to my blog. I have already written so many posts… for nothing???

    SOS!

    Please post a new topic and stop posting to topics that are months old and have little to do with your issues.
