Unable to login to wp admin when woocommerce is actived

I added the code to in theme functions.php, but it not make any difference.
Still cant login.

Have you done any customizations in your theme that might carry over to WooCommerce? What happens if you are running WooCommerce and run a default theme like TwentySixteen, does the same thing happen?

I deactivated the current theme, and activated a default WP theme, still same problem, could not login to wp-admin

Since yesterday I have the same problem. I have the theme taken from Woo approved for Woocommerce. Plugin Woocommerce used to work succesfully but suddenly the site stopped to work – I cant login WordPress admin. After inverstigation Woocommerce is reason for stopping. I have to delete Woocommerce files from FTP, it helps to login WordPress again. Once I try to upload the plugin WordPress WordPress refuses for login.

you dont have to delete the woocommerce to login.
What i do on the moment is , rename plugin folder via ftp, to plugins_old, then i can login. (Dont click anything after logging in )
After login, 1st thing you should do is rename plugins folder back to what it was: plugins, then in wp admin click on plugins folder and all should hoefully still be activated, if not just activate them.

This is just a temp fix so i have access.

Thanks a lot for the advice. I made all actions recommended by you but once I try to activate the plugin Woocommerce I cant login again.So WordPress doesn’t allow to activate Woocommerce plugin.May be there is any conflict with any plugin but before Woocommerce worked perfect

Can you turn on debugging as described here:

You will want to turn on debugging and logging. Then do your cycle of deactivating WooCommerce, logging in, and activating it again.

See if anything shows up under /wp-content/debug.log

Not sure, but there is a lot of warning from other plugins… Should good check if this is really a problem that comes from WooCommerce and not other plugin.

there is only a warning for Plugin :Bloom and the other warnings is related to the theme.

If you check i already posted that changing theme did not make a difference, and when deactivating, also i went thru elimination processes, activating and deactivating plugins one by one — the issue ONLY happened when Woocommerce was activated.

I have also checked wp_config and used the most basic default version, same with htaccess.

I have contacted the theme developer to see if he can let me know if he can shed light on the debug info

the issue ONLY happened when Woocommerce was activated.

Note that if WooCommerce is deactivated, all plugins that depends on WooCommerce will stop work too.
So it’s easy to say that the problem don’t appears when you disable WooCommerce, since you can be disabling more others 500 plugins at the same time ??

So best is you try your others plugins before you try to disable WooCommerce.
