I recently update the plugin and my site crashed. Go Daddy got the site back up but now I am unable to log in to my dashboard. I get the following error meassage.
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/content/88/10140988/html/cbmw_new/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/lib/filesystem/checker.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /home/content/88/10140988/html/cbmw_new/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/lib/bootstrap/loader.php on line 88
Although my site can be seen by users, when they click on the calendar they get the same message.

  • Hi,

Please try manually via FTP delete plugin, after that, follow the guide and install the latest version: https://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/perform-manual-upgrade/

    Hi Ben
Before I remove the folder as you suggest can I update you on a few things. I have already renamed the file to .none and this has had the effect of taking down the Huge IT slider as well as the calendar on my front page. Why are these two files connected? They both come back up when I reactivate the calendar folder but I get the same error message as before when I click the calendar. It is not viewable using Google Chrome as a browser, this also gives me the same error message. I can view the site using Edge and IE. With the folder in and out of operation I am unable to access the dashboard.
I am concerned that just deleting the folder will do nothing to helping me access the dashboard. Do you have a view on this?

These two plugins have nothing to do with each other. I need to check the files, can you please contact us at [email protected] and we will continue there.

    Thanks,
    Ben
