First off, I must admit I initially thought of Mingle as a new “fad” that wouldn’t really do what I’d hoped, so it was a last resort when I finally gave it a go, but I now know how wrong I was, it does so much more than I expected (of course there are still a few things I’d like to see added – not that I’m hard to please or anything! X-D )! ??

I am having an issue with the auto-generated login page though, it’s constantly stating that passwords are incorrect, yet I’m able to login easily via the “wp-login.php” file. Could it be a database issue?

I had been using Theme My Login until this issue occurred on its login page, I initially thought it was an issue with the plugin but its developer claims to have no knowledge of anything that could cause it, and now it’s happening with the Mingle page, so I can’t see it being a coincidence.

Any advice you can give would be great!

    Thanks in advance,

    Lee C

‘scuse me for bumping a thread but I really need to get this solved, logging in is pretty important to a community site! ;-p

Is there a way to check if the plugins form is accessing the database (in order for it to verify that the entered password is correct)?

    Thanks in advance,

Just a quick note to say that I opted to use the login widget over the page and there have been no issues. I’ve also completely removed Theme My Login. At the moment I have no use for the login page but that may change in the future – so if anyone can find a solution I’m sure I’m not the only one who’d appreciate it.

    Best,

    Lee C
