Unable to logout

I set a login/logout url in my theme using
wp_loginout();When I click logout (or if I click the logout link when mousing over my username in the upper right of the admin bar, I go to/login/?action=logout
which asks if I really want to log out. When I click ‘log out’ the page just reloads.
