    Whilst I would like to only thank you for releasing this nice plugin, I’ve to report a problem I’m meeting when I try to modify a Custom Shipping Provider.
    When I click the pencil icon, nothing happens, so I’m unable to modify a custom shipping provider I already made, forcing me to make a new one, if I need to change or correct some parts of it, and then remove the previous version, that will remove every tracking I did add with that Custom one and so I’ve to register them again one by one.

    I’m using the following versions of plugins/site:
    Woocommerce Ver.3.8.0
    Advanced Shipment Tracking Ver.2.7.2
    Wordpress Ver.5.2.4

    Another matter is about the SDA(Italia) which show Poste Italiane in the logo, but works only for SDA(I presume; not using it, can’t confirm it works properly), whilst it doesn’t for Poste Italiane only(SDA is a subsidiary of Poste Italiane, with a separate tracking system).
    Would it be possible to add the Poste Italiane only (Main tracking page: https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/ Example of working tracking: https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/153768502274), please?
    I tried, but I’m not sure I did correctly, cause when I click the Track button, it’ll just take me to the main page of the site, without showing any tracking or tracking number.

    hi, we just released an update with a fix for the custom shipping providers. please update the plugin and you will be able to edit the custom provider you added.
    The link you should add to the custom provider:
    https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/%number%
    In the next days, we will add Poste Italiane to our to the pre-defined shipping providers list and I will let you know when you can sync your list

    Hi @zorem and thank you for your fast reply =)

    I immediatly updated to the new version of the plugin, the 2.7.3, and that solved the Edit button not working; I replaced the old url with the new one you suggested.
    Now, I wanted to try if this one worked properly, but, the Track button on the Order page is gone.
    It has been moved with the new version(where?) or removed by mistake?

    Also, not sure if it’s an error or if working as intended, but I tried to recheck the tracking URL on the Custom Shipping Provider and every time I press Edit button and the edit window show up, the Tracking URL line is empty; is that normal or is not properly saving the edit?

    Hi,

    Where does the track button does not display? can you send a screenshot of the entire page its missing?

    as for the custom providers, I checked editing the custom providers and saved and re-opened and I could not replicate this issue, maybe you need to refresh your browser cache.

    The red arrow point to where the Track button showed up with version 2.7.2.

    Also, in the Orders page, if now I click the tracking number, it’ll just refresh the page: https://i.postimg.cc/MH8tWVvT/Orders-Only-Refresh.png

    I tried to clear both cache and cookie, even changed browser(from Firefox to Chrome), but the Tracking URL doesn’t seems to get saved properly:

    I paste the URL in the bar, press Update, it close the window, but when I click Edit and the window open, the Tracking URL is empty again:

    Hi, From your screenshot of adding the custom provider, you added the URL in the upload image field and the image path in the URL field which you should use the uploader for the path.

    As you can see on the following screenshot, in which I deselected the logo,when the lines are empty, the first report the voice Image and the second Tracking URL. When I click the Caricare(Upload) button and choose the custom provider logo, the system automaticaly insert the link to the logo image in the first line, whilst I manualy pasted the Tracking URL in the second line: https://i.postimg.cc/dVvRNrfQ/Image-Line.png

    Thank you for your video.
    I checked it and can confirm that I used the same procedure to compile the custom provider window.
    Instead, it seems that the problem is with the URL itself; following your video instructions, I tried to insert a fake URL(like https://www.test.com) and that in-correctly worked. Now the Track button is available again and if I press the tracking number on the Orders page, it’ll redirect me to the in-correct tracking page.

    For some reasons the URL https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/%number% is interfering with the tracking system, blocking it.

    I just tried it with the URL you try and there was no issue.

    The link is saved. make sure you copy only the link and paste it.

    Okay, I tried to insert it manualy, writing letter by letter and it seems to work properly this time. Seems it was my fault that I probably pasted some extra space.
