Unable to modify multiple choice question

Hi,
I have to modify the multiple choice question of a current form (https://www.gis-cist.fr/axes-scientifiques/inscriptions-aux-axes-du-cist/) but it does not work.
In the backoffice, when I click on the little pencil, I get to the right backoffice window, but with no information on the right (blank) and all option greyed.
Any help? This is pretty urgent since ou event is planned for January 26th…
