I did steps 1-3 in your READ THIS post with no luck. I love your plug-in conceptually, but after an hour of watching the tutorials and making customizations, I couldn’t progress because the images and text won’t allow me to, or give me access to move, upload, etc… I can adjust colors, fonts, etc… but that’s it. I’ve tried in both Firefox and Chrome and neither work. A real bummer was that I clicked re-load hoping that would clear it and I lost all my customizations….argh.

    Please help. Thank you!

The last button on the tool bar enables and disables moving and editing text. It’s the button to the right of the ? by clicking this it will either be in an editing state or moving state.

Images are added to the stage from within the WordPress Media Library.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you for your reply, but I wrote in my original post that I did steps 1-3 in your “READ THIS before opening a new thread” post. This includes A LOT of trouble shooting on my own.

I’m far beyond, locating the cross symbol…I know where that is (although it shows up on the LEFT of the ?, not the RIGHT)

After hours of trying to sort it out myself, I was kinda hoping for some insight that would get it going.

Could you please take a look at my original post, and see if you might have any ideas how to get it working? It’s as if the edit area is completely frozen.

And, again, I’ve done all the loading, unloading, turning off and on of plug-ins (which created a whole other set of problems I had to resolve).

If you’re not sure how to direct me, could you kindly escalate this to someone who may know? I really appreciate it… Thanks so much!

Send me a temp login to support [at] optinrevolution.com and I’ll take a look. Make sure you include your blog url and your www.ads-software.com username.

I am experiencing the same issues as thaiszoe, with the added complication that the edit window (wysiwyg editor) is only about 150px tall and has no scroll bars. Like thaiszoe I have tried all the recommended steps and lots of other trouble shooting.

I am on Mac and get the same issue with both Safari and Firefox (both latest versions)
    WP is 3.5.1.

@joenweidemann the issue is usually your using a plugin or theme that extends the default tinyMCE that is in the WordPress Core. We use the core TinyMCE. If you have a plugin or theme that changes this then you will need to disable it.

An example of this is TinyMCE Advance plugin.

We are going to host our own TinyMCE to eliminate this problem, it in development at the moment.
