    What must I do to get copied website active here at new location?

    There is some restriction from your hosting provider.
    See if they can help you with this.
    If you would like to try it yourself, you can follow this guide but you need to figure out why the hosting is not allowing the uploaded file to be moved (could be a restriction on max file size or something else).
