Unable to open my website

  • hello, i am using a wordpress site. my site was working properly and i change my theme customizer to sixteen on last friday and now its stop working.i am unable to open my dashboard. and when i log in it shows blank page. please tell me how can i log in to my dashboard. thank you.

  • You can start by re-installing WordPress in cPanel. See how that works out for you…

    Do you have FTP access, or is there an area within your hosting account that you can access the files on your server?

    You can just delete the entire Theme Folder for ‘Sixteen’ and WordPress will revert back to the default theme. You can then go in and Activate your previous theme.

    Thank you for response… I tried that deleting sixteen them from cpanel… But it goyly completely invisible… So again i reinstall it..
