Unable to open Options Framework after installation

    (disclaimer: I’m a newbie!)

    Hey there,

    I bought a theme that includes options, and have successfully installed the Options Framework plugin (it says that the plugin is “active”). However when I click on Appearance > Theme Options it still says “Unable to open optionsframework”.

    Am I supposed to manually upload a file via ftp in order to be able to access theme options ?

    Hi Florent. If the theme recommends using the Options Framework, you should get in touch with the theme developer. They’d be better able to track down the issue.
