unable to open or download pdf in mobile

  • hi,

    I’m using this plugin on one of my websites but when a user tries to open or download the invoice after placing an order then it’s not working on mobile.

    using Astra theme.

    please help to solve this ASAP.

    When you said that it’s not working on mobile, do you mean that the PDF doesn’t open or not even download?

    Does the site return an error message when you tried to download the PDF invoice from a mobile?

    If so, could you please share the message to try to understand what’s happening?

    it doesn’t return anything. when we click on the invoice button to download pdf then it’s not performing any action

    Let me ask you some more questions:

    1. Which operative system has the phone that you used for testing: Android, iOS or Windows Phone?
    2. Did you test in a phone with a different mobile operative system?
    3. Which mobile browser did you used to test?

    I have some more questions for you:

    1. Are you trying to download the invoice from Dashboard (as an admin) or from My Account > Orders, as a customer?
    2. If is the second, did you use a registered or a guest user for the tests?
