    G’day tripathichetna,

    If your .zip file is broken, something is probably interrupting the creation of the .zip file on the server. Please grab the web server error logs and see if there’s any reference to this plugin. If you like, send a copy of the logs to my support email address.

    If you can’t find your website logs, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG as described in “Debugging in WordPress” so that it writes errors to the wp-content/debug.log file.
