Unable to Pair with Bitpay

  • I’ve entered my pairing code/token into the API Token field, and I keep getting a message of “Unable to pair with Bitpay”. Any suggestions on how to make this work?

    Hi,

    Please make sure you use a pairing code (7 characters). You can create a pairing code in your BitPay merchant dashboard:
    * In your BitPay merchant dashboard, go to payment tools -> Manage API tokens -> Add New Token -> Add Token
    * Copy the pairing code (7 characters) and paste it in the BitPay WooCommerce plugin
