Unable to Pin from Pinterest Button

  • The url to share a photo from my gallery is formatted incorrectly. When I try to pin the photo to a board, I receive this error:

    Parameter ‘source_url’ with the value ‘https%3A%2F%2Fmagmagazine.art%2Fbwg_share%2Fimage%2F%3Fgallery_id%3D1%26image_id%3D24%26curr_url%3D%2Fportfolio%2F’ is not a valid URL format.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi @magmagazine ,

    Thank you for posting about your issue in our forum.
    Our team has checked the share feature on the page and it seems to be giving the correct URL.
    We have also tested the Pinterest share feature directly and it did work properly.

    Would you please check if the issue still exists and if so share more details?
