Unable to proceed

How do I get around this?

Your site https://www.trendcomputing.com is administered on https://trendcomputing.com which appears to be on a different domain or subdomain. We currently require sites to be administered on the same domain.

Does the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) need to be the same e.g. https://www.trendcomputing.com in general settings?

If so I believe the last time I done this it broke my site as it moves the site to a sub directory ‘www’, I then had to move it back to the root and drop www from the wordpress address.

Any help would be brill.
