Unable to proceed with payment

    Hello. I’m entirely new to Payeezy. I just set up a basic form to do a test transaction and I never made it to the payeezy payment page.

    Have you ever seen this pop-up before? I get it when I hit the donate button. Any guess if this is related to the plugin or do you think it’s something on Payeezy’s side? https://i.imgur.com/UJgVynE.png

    Another quick question. I was just taking a look at the manual and the code for the form. The payeezy manual lists some parameters that are required to be submitted and I didn’t see where these were getting added in the form? X_fp_Sequence, x_fp_timestamp, x_show_form. This isn’t the problem, is it?
    I’m talking about section 6.1 in the manual:

    That’s the screen you get anytime something isn’t right when the request is sent to First Data. The values for x_fp_Sequence, x_fp_timestamp, and x_show_form are all added in the back end of the plugin. Since you’re doing donations, either donate.php or donate-rec.php adds that info with each donation.

    The problem is that in order to use Demo mode, you must link it to a Payeezy demo account. You can’t submit demo payments to a normal account.
