    Hello,

    When I tested submitting a job application a few times, I keep getting this message:

    Thank you for your application. While your application doesn’t fit our current requirements, please contact us directly to see if we have other positions available.

    The default email address to receive applications is also not receiving any applications.

    Can you please tell me why the application submission is not functioning? Please note, I have not added the jobs page to the navigation since it is not functioning properly, although it is live on the site’s server. I made the application submission relatively simple, with the required fields only being for name, phone number, email address, and two check boxes.

    1. You mention testing a few time, that’s why your getting that message. Most likely you used the same name to test with ? This is set to prevent duplicate submissions. Us a Test Name, not a real one.

    2. Email, If you have categorizes set you wilt also need to add your email to the categorizes area.

    If your still not getting emails at this point, it might be plugin and or theme conflict. You should check for that too.

    I tried using a different name and email to test with. The fields I set are very simple, you can see the application here:

    The parameters are not strict; the required fields are very simple yet no submission is generated when the form is filled out properly.

    Do you know of any specific themes or plugins that have conflict with this plugin?

    There are soo many variables and configuration of Themes, Plugins and Servers that’s pretty much an impossible questions to answer.

    That’s why we provided this Troubleshooting Tip:

    It’s applicablee to any Plugin and Theme you use and that you may run into problems with.
