    Hola a todos, estoy realizando pruebas para hacer el lanzamiento de mi sitio web y al momento de realizar pagos con Stripe me arroja el siguiente error: Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.

    Los datos están siendo capturados correctamente por Stripe y la cuenta se encuentra correctamente configurada, tienen idea de cual puede ser la razón del origen de este error?

    Incluso realice pruebas con el “modo prueba” de Stripe y tambien me arroja el mismo error.

    First, check to make sure that debug logs are enabled via the Stripe plugin settings page.

    To find the generated logs:

    1. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    2. In the top right corner, open the drop-down and select the Stripe log that you need, then click view to load it. Here’s what that looks like: https://d.pr/i/tCljQd
    3. Copy/paste the relevant part of the log into your response so we can take a look.

    Can I ask you to remove those documents from the Google link, please?

    Initially, the payment failed as you were using a test card in live mode.

    Is there a log related to the attempt you made with the real card in live mode?

    Thanks for answering.
    You are right, in the first attempt I was using a test card with real transaction, when I realized it I corrected it and the error has remained. The tests with test API and test card are working correctly, but the real ones I am not getting progress.

    I can share transaction logs with you in real mode.

    In the last conversation with WooCommerce support, they told me that at the time of payment the secret keys were changing and that is why it generated the error, I have no idea how to correct it and Stripe has not yet given me reason beyond what I should wait that a technician specialized in the area contact me to help with the error.

    You can tell me which record or log would serve to analyze the process, I will be attentive to your response, thanks again
