    Hello there guys,

I have already asked this question to the guys who made the theme for this site, but they said it’s not a problem of theirs and directed me to WooCommerce support.

I seem to be having a small problem with the error checking when using Stripe.

When the EMAIL field is left empty, the error checking works perfectly when clicking on “Place Order”.

However, when the EMAIL field is in an incorrect format, for example “jdshjh”, then clicking on “Place Order” doesn’t run an error check before submitting to Stripe, and Stripe sends out the error “Unable to process this payment, please try again or use alternative method.” Please see the pictures for a better understanding.

I’ve uploaded a couple of screenshots to illustrate:

The PayPal option works perfectly, but Stripe is giving the error before WooCommerce.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi again @surplu

Since there is an open GitHub issue for this known bug, I’m going to mark this thread as Resolved.

    Thanks,
