Unable to protect PDF files, and not main template pages

Hi I have created protected content, example:
https://forecos.cl/documentacion-servidumbre/

However after I set protection for other content it does not work:

In ‘Media’, like files (PDF, .doc)
example: https://forecos.cl/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/CBR-Vald-Servidumbre-Registro-Hipoteca.pdf
and neither for pages with a template different from the main template:
example: https://forecos.cl/fotopuntos/

Please, I really appreciate any help in order to protect those content.
