    Hello,
    I have sent a message via plugin site as well regarding this issue, but now I can no longer see the website at all. I have received an e-mail notification that my ticket has been solved but as I can not see the website I don’t know what the answer is.
    Could you let me know if the site is down and when it will be available?

    Hi,

    The site is working fine for us – we’ve been working with it all day.

    Maybe it was just a temporary network issue between you and our servers.

    Try again and let us know if you still have problems.

    Hi, the problem persists. Actually, the site loads an empty index page. We have tried different browsers and even our 3G connection on the phone. Apparently, a friend of mine who lives abroad can see it. We are based in Bucharest, Romania – do you think there is a problem with our IP clusters?
