unable to reactivate account

hi,
my client recently repurchased the license key but is unable to even login using the account she placed it under. see the thing is i don’t even know where to email you guys from cuz none of your contact form works and there are not email addresses for me to send an email to. we tried order@athemeart but it shows that it’s not there, and to send this in the plugin page on your site, i need to be logged in, in which i cant even access any of our accounts. how do i go about??? TIA
