Unable to receive email notification (possible issue with blocked address)

We use the Gravity Forms plugin to collect info on our WP site. The gravity forms plugin uses ‘wp_mail’ to send email notifications when a form is submitted.
Our problem is, one of our email addresses is unable to receive mail from the form, even though its logs indicate that wp_mail has sent the message. Other email addresses we own in the same domain, have no problem receiving mail.
We suspect that at some time in the past, someone on our team marked a message from WP as spam. We suspect that this resulted in WP no longer sending mail to that address (which makes sense as a best practice for when an owner of an email marks a message as spam.)
We’d like to resume sending mail from our WP site to the address in question. We’d rather not have to start using an alternate address to receive the messages.
Is there a process whereby we can request that WP un-blocks the address?
We can provide the address, and can prove that we own the address, prior to it being un-blocked.
