Unable to receive emails

I have installed this plugin and setup a test quiz (Free version for testing purpose).
If it works well !! I shall have the Pro version.
Under Quiz Options >> What email should we send the admin email to?
I have set this to my email address.
However, I am not receiving any emails on submission of the quiz.How do I debug the issue ?
Please suggest !!!
