Unable to receive files sent

I am now receiving the email but not the attached file!

How large is the attachment file you are trying to send via email?

The attachment is 178K.

Can anyone help me with this problem. I have read lots of articles but am still unable to receive the attached files, which have been successfully sent.

I’ve just noticed that your CF7 file tags don’t match. You need to make sure that any CF7 tags used in the MAIL section match exactly with CF7 tags used in the form section.

I have changed the form. The CF7 tag for the file attachment is: [file file-910]. In the mail section I have the tag [file-910] and it still does not work.

I also tried [file file-910] in the mail section to ensure the tag was exactly the same but it did not work.

It is now working!
