Unable to Receive Payments

  • I have tested the checkout a few times, and have not been able to see a green check mark like I’m seeing in the youtube videos when a payment is completed via Metamask.

    1. At one point I saw Reserved Amounts for CAKE and BUSD that matched one or two of my test transactions…

    2. Upon checking the debug file I do not see any new orders coming through after Order #1195…

    4. I am receiving an email periodically that say:

    Dear admin!

MyCryptoCheckout was recently unable to contact the API server in order to retrieve a payment ID. The plugin will continue to attempt to contact the API. The gateway will be unable to process payments until it has re-established a connection.

Please log in and try refreshing your MyCryptoCheckout account settings.

    5. When I test the connection to Binance API everything checks out.

    Any ideas why the payments are not making it through to the blockchain? It seems like the plugin knows about the payments at some point, but they never show up in the reserve wallet.

    I would like to purchase the plugin, but I need to make sure I can get it to work first.

    After some emails back and forth with the support team, I have realized that if there is no trading pair for the token on Binance.com then the autosettlement will not work, and the tokens will just stay in the wallet.

    My project is focused on the BSC and BEP-20 tokens which have new projects coming out everyday.

    It would be nice to have an autosettlement feature with Metamask that autosettles to BUSD.

    As we move into more of a cross-chain ecosystem with many different cryptocurrencies and the popularity of decentralized finance (DeFi) getting more and more popular, autosettling to Metamask makes more sense imho.
