Unable to Receive Registration Confirmation Mail

    Hello,

    I’ve installed WpForo on my WordPress site (codegig.org) but i’m unable to receive email confirmation for updating password when user does register on my site.

    I’m not sure whats the issue, i also tried to install WP Mail SMPT plugin and i can receive test mail from there. But i’m unable to receive password confirmation mail when registered. Please help me on this..

    Hi @slash018,
    Navigate to Forums > Settings > Emails admin page, make sure these three options are enabled, scroll down and click on the [Update options] button (this is important).

    Hello @gvectorsdevs, Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve enabled all of those and see the mails are ending up in Spam. Can you please help me out on this?

    Also when i click on the URL for setting up password it takes me to wordpress page to set a new password, but how can i change it to land on the blog for setting up the password rather than redirecting to wordpress password page?

    Can you please help me on this? Thanks!

    About Reset password URL: Go to Dashboard > Forums > Settings > Features tab, Enable “Replace Reset Password Page URL to Forum Reset Password Page URL” option.
