Unable to recieve email

  • So I am working on my WordPress website with hueman theme and I added a module ‘Simple Contact form’ for my website and when I tried to use the contact form I didn’t receive any mail. I rechecked I have entered all the details correctly than to I was unable to receive contact form mail from my website.

    This is not related to Customizr in any way.

    If your host doesn’t support PHP mail() function (which should be the case if they care about spam sending from their servers), then you should use an SMTP plugin.
    I like to use Easy WP SMTP.

    Then you need to use an actual SMTP server with authentication to an existing mailbox to send emails. Also, the “From” of your mail should be the same mailbox used to login. I also advise to send emails to your own domain for best delivery.

    You can try to send an email to mail-tester (set their address as a recipient for your contact form) to see if your configuration is correct :

    Ultimately, you should always setup the Captcha for your contact form, as robots will spam you massively if you don’t.
