Unable to recover image in F13 Movie Embed

I downloaded the F13 Movie Embed plugin, but I have accidentally deleted the poster image that was automatically added when I installed it in a blog post. Now, even though I’ve uploaded the photo that was accidentally deleted, the plugin info won’t restore the photo to the info box.
