Unable to refresh the page – Quick Cache

Hi guys ;

I am working on setting up my site based on wp theme , i recently installed quick cache and i have noticed that everytime i make a change , eg: updated a product to “featured product” , its does not appears in my feature product slider untill i clear the cache in quick cache.

Another example would be updating navigantion menu , same issue . Have to clear cache , only than i can see the update .

Please advise why is that and how can i stop it from happening.

BTW , I am also using Cloudfare.
