Unable to refund

    We try to refund a customer who has come back to us 1,5 years after order and telling us that her order haven’t been delivered.
    Checking our systems confirms this since we had some issues with the product she order.
    Tried to do a refund by Swish Handel, but it fails and leaves a message that is:
    "Ett fel uppstod n?r du f?rs?kte att skapa ?terbetalningen med betalningsgatewayen API."
    And then in order notes we get a new message that is: Error: HTTP/1.1 422

    How can we refund this customer?

    There have been major changes in API-connectivity done in the plugin during this time.

    I would recommend that you contact your bank and ask if they can help you.
