    Hi,

    I noticed today that when processing a refund, the following happens instead of what normally used to happen.

    1. After clicking the refund button, I proceed to enter “1” in the quantity field for the item, and what normally happens is that the price auto populates near the quantity, but right not that doesn’t happen.

    2. If I manually enter the price in the field of the item, it shows, but the “refund amount” below is greyed out. Normally this field would be equal to the sum above.

    3. Because the “refund amount” is greyed out, the blue buttons below just says “Refund $0.00 via XYZ” or “Refund $0.00 manually”

    I have processed hundreds of refunds and have never seen this. Please assist. Thank you.
