Unable to register audio files

    We have not been able to register audio (.mp3) files for the last few weeks (the last podcast successfully updated was 11-13-16). The files are visible in “Search & Register,” but do not update to the media folder when selected. We are using Media from FTP version 9.57. The image files update without a problem, but the audio files do not which average 35MB-48MB. Help!

    Hi,

    Please try with various files. There are files that WordPress hates. There are examples like this.

    I have not had any problem uploading .mp3 podcasts to the media library using Media from FTP until mid-November 2016. I have updated the plugin and it still does not work for my audio files.

    Please try removing the browser cache.
    What do the browsers use?

    Or may you try registering with “Schedule” function without using “Search & Register” screen?
    Settings -> Register -> Schedule -> Apply Schedule

    I do not understand.

    You can be registering with “Schedule” function or “Command-line” without using “Search & Register” screen.

    Settings -> Register -> Schedule -> Apply Schedule
    or
    Settings -> Command-line
