Unable to remove contact form 7 problem with multisite

Actually version is 3.7.2 is not in dropdown list. I have site wordpress multisite in which I used contact form 7 plugin in sub-domain(https://stratavant.roi-selling.com) and main site (https://roi-selling.com) separately activated. But now I want to deactivate it but I can’t.
When I try to click on deactivate page reload and say plugin deactivate. But after that when I again click plugin link. IT show activated.
