Unable to Remove Item

  • Great plugin and just what I am looking for, however I have one issue.

    I am able to increase and decrease the quantities.

    Clicking on the X to remove the item(s) from the basket does not work.

    When I copy the exact link behind the remove button, I see it is exactly the same as the link to remove the item(s) on the basket page. The link ion the basket page does work.

    Please will you advise?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I’ve checked your site and noticed the known issue for deleting the product.

    A couple of other user of my plugin has reported me same issue and they both had the same issue and on your site I found it same.

    The “WooCommerce Direct Checkout from Quad Layers” plugin is conflicting with my plugin and does not allow to delete the product.

    Can you please confirm you are using the same plugin on your site?

    I am indeed using that plugin, “WooCommerce Direct Checkout from Quad Layers”.

    Hi @antonimo1969

    Can you please confirm that you are using Pro or lite version of the plugin?

    If you are using the pro plugin then you can use one of the settings from that plugin which add the quantity selector and delete icon on checkout. And you can deactivate my plugin.

    Please let me know.
