Unable to renew domain, support doesn’t respond

A few months ago I started hosting my WordPress domain with another host. (HostingPlusNetwork)
Once it was time to renew my domain, I was unable to do so because on “manage purchases” where I view my domains, I got an error saying “You are no longer a user on Site Title” and I could not make any changes (and still am unable to do so)
HPN said they can’t help since they don’t own the domain, I just have to hope WordPress can give me my site back and try to get in contact with them ASAP.
Now my domain has expired, the site finally went down, and support has not responded to many many many emails over the last 2 months while I’ve been panicking. So here I am coming to the forums to figure out what to do?
Please WordPress! I want to send you my money I just can’t!
