Unable to renew membership

I tried emailing this to you, but instead of an answer I got some automated useless message saying my membership had expired….which is the reason I emailed you to begin with.

Your website (https://members.photocrati.com/renew/) is not allowing me to enter my credit number to renew my membership. It has fields for first name, last name, and email address, but no space to enter my credit card number. I sent a screenshot in my email.
