unable to renew SSL

    Hi,
    I have your basic SSL certificate plugin, latest version. I have successfully renewed 3 times since installing it. For some reason I am unable to renew this time.

    My domain’s host is on godaddy. After adding the _acme-challenge text record and pressing “Scan DNS record”, I got a retry request after 5 minutes. I tried this 4 times over about 40 minutes. I still have be unable to progress past this step.

    Any suggestions?

    @saz25 I checked your website for any issues using https://letsdebug.net/cancareatlanta.org/1221298 and I don’t see any problems. Can you please try using HTTP authentication and see if that works?

    Hi,
    Yes I used the HTTP method and it worked. I’m curious why the method I’ve used in the past didn’t work.

    I assume I should use the HTTP method from now on?

    Also, now that I’m renewed for another 90 days, when am I able to renew again? The renew box is grayed out now. When does it become active?
