Unable to reorder menu items

    I am unable to reorder my submenu’s in the optimizer editor. When i click the “reorder” button nothing happens. The cursor turns into a suitable looking cursor although when dragging, it just highlights the text.

    Can you please disable all the plugins and see if the issue is still there?
