Unable to Reply to Sender

Client is having issues with replying back to the sender of her contact form.
All reply to’s; come back to the client.I only have her email in the EMAIL FROM ( which is the default setting)
This used to work ok now all of a sudden it does not.Any ideas of what I can do?
