Unable to restore website from back

    Hi Team,

    I am unable to restore the website from the backup I had taken. Restoration is getting failed due to some reason.

    Please help me to fix this issue asap.

    Below are the error(s) :
    * There was some error while unzipping the backup files

    Restore of your WordPress installation failed.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

    Could you please provide your restore log file using PasteBin or similar?
    It will help us to identify any issues which have caused the restore to fail.

    Thanks for the reply, where I can find the log files so I can copy on pastebin.

    If you goto the backup/restore tab and click “view log” next to the backup, you can download the log file.
