    Let’s see what we can do to get this working. Here’s what I suggest doing first.

    Go to this URL and disconnect the site. Then try reconnecting it.

    
    https://site.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page
    

    Just replace site.com with the URL to your site. Let us know how that goes.

    Hi @shaysantana, I’ve been having the same problem and solved it by creating a new Merchant Account. Simply click on “or create a new Merchant Account” during the setup process. The plugin seems to have trouble connecting to an existing Merchant Account so just creating a new one seems to fix it.
