    Hi,

    I am unable to receive my earnings from the paid member subscription plugin account. Both my stripe and PayPal are correct. Also, I have lost my phone mobile number which I used when created the account. my old lost phone mobile number was 07999982780, and my new phone mobile number is 07535523709.

    Could you please help advise on how to retrieve my earnings and also update my new phone mobile number to my accounts.

    @dazzling I don’t work here but you should not post your email and phone number publicly, it is not safe. If you can, you should delete them.

    This is a case where moderators should actually be doing their job and stepping in to remove such information, instead of restricting people’s accounts for posting negative reviewas/”support requests” in the review section.

    First of all, as it was already mentioned, this is a public forum and you should never share your personal information here. I’m also saying this since, in your initial message the phone number and email address can still be seen.

    Now, I want to mention that we do not hold any earnings in your PMS Account or in our plugin (Paid Member Subscriptions). If you’ve connected Stripe and PayPal as payment gateways (both are available in the Free version of the plugin), then all the money made by selling subscription plans through those payment gateways can be found in your respective Stripe and PayPal accounts (which you’ve connected to PMS). So if you have on your site successfully made payments (while using PMS), then the money from those purchases can be found in either your Stripe or PayPal account, depending on what gateway the user chose to make the payment with.

    Note 1: If you go to your site’s Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments -> you will see there the payment made on your site. Also there, you can see what is the status of the payment and also what payment gateway was used for that payment (Stripe or PayPal).

    Note 2: Also, we do not collect any phone numbers when you create an account on our site, but in case you have a paid version of our plugin and encounter specific issues related to that, then you can contact us here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/.
